We know insurance and billing can be confusing and frustrating. That's why we have streamlined the process so that you know what will be covered by your insurance company and what will be your responsibility.
We understand; we don't like billing surprises either.
Our process is to verify your benefits and provide you with an estimate which includes what is your out-of-pocket expense.
On each visit, we will collect the co-pay, deductible, and coinsurance and apply them to your account.
We work with your insurance company to submit your claim and it takes on average 45 days for insurance companies to process claims. Once processed, we will send you a statement for any remaining balance or a refund.
We accept most insurance plans including, Medicare and most PPOs including Blue Cross/Blue Shield and AETNA. We also accept Worker's compensation and cash-pay patients. Please contact your insurance provider for details or give us a call. We are happy to answer any questions that you might have.
