This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explains how Therapy Partners Group and its family of brands ("we") handle consumer health data collected through our websites, as required by the Washington My Health My Data Act and Nevada SB 370. It supplements our Privacy Policy at smiththerapypartners . com/privacy-policy/. Health information we hold as your healthcare provider is protected health information under HIPAA and is covered by Part 1 of that policy, not this one.
Consumer health data we collect
- Information you enter in a form to request an appointment, contact a clinic, or ask about a service, including your name, date of birth, email, phone number, preferred clinic location, and anything you write in a message field.
- Information that may indicate you are seeking care, such as the clinic locations, conditions, or services pages you view on our website, and your approximate location inferred from your IP address.
- With your consent, recordings of how you use our website (session replay), which capture mouse movement, clicks, scrolling, and page navigation. Text you type is masked and the appointment form is not recorded.

Why we collect it
- To respond to your request and schedule care.
- To operate, troubleshoot, and improve our website.
- To understand which of our locations and services visitors are interested in.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that process data on our behalf under contract, including our website host, our appointment-request form provider, and Freshpaint, which provides website analytics and session replay under a Business Associate Agreement.
- Affiliates: Consumer health data collected through our websites is held by Therapy Partners Group. No other affiliate receives it.
- We do not sell consumer health data and do not share it with advertising platforms.
Your consent
Before we collect consumer health data that is not necessary to provide a service you asked for, we ask for your consent through the privacy choices banner on our website. Session replay does not run until you accept. You may withdraw consent at any time using the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the site footer, the cookie settings icon on every page, or by contacting us.
Your rights
You may ask us to confirm whether we collect, share, or sell your consumer health data; to provide a list of the third parties and affiliates we have shared it with; to delete it; and to withdraw your consent. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response; we will answer the appeal within 45 days and tell you how to contact the Washington Attorney General if you are not satisfied.
